The important thing to remember is to relax; there is no need to push yourself. Despite its benefits, remember that not all yoga is safe for pregnant women. Bikram and other yoga that are practiced with a lot of abdominal stretching and even poses where you lie on your back are not always safe for expecting mothers. It is not a time to push yourself physically. Take rest when needed and be careful not to get overheated.
