ALL LEVEL FLOW

Open to all levels, from beginners to the most advanced. This multi-level class is based on invigorating and energizing vinyasa flow that you take to your personal level. Instructions for each level are provided, including versions to take your pose to the next level or to take it easy.

STRICTLY CORE

Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Class is designed to create stability and strength throughout the entire core. Modified yoga and pilates moves and isometric training will give you the knowledge to improve your yoga practice. Focuses on (and firms!) hips, glutes, shoulders, and abs. Regular practice will leave you feeling more stable and less prone to injury

DEEP STRETCH

Suitable for all levels. This gentle class uses props to support passive poses for longer holds and is deeply nourishing. The focus is based on growing flexibility and mobility, improving the range of motion for the joints, establishing deep breathing techniques, and releasing long-held tension trapped in the body.

FLOW PLUS

Energetic flow with less attention to cueing base poses and more attention to advancements. Arm balances and inversions are taught in detail in each class. Expect to be physically challenged and grow your practice in unexpected ways.

FLOW + STRETCH

Our 2 most popular classes rolled into one! 50% Flow and 50% Deep Stretch. Expect a strong, steady flow that builds heat in the body, followed by long, slow stretching to maximize flexibility and peace of mind. The best of both worlds.
