Conscious Connected Breathwork
with Jen Chitwood
Friday, January 24
7-8:30pm, Uptown Studio
Unlock the power of transformation and healing through Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Conscious Connected Breathing is an effective and safe way to flood the body with oxygen and energy, recharging our systems to work to their healing capacity. It facilitates opening to higher levels of consciousness, clearing out false beliefs, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources and live joyfully, with more fulfilling connections with others.
On a physical level, CCB works by reducing muscle tension and anxiety. It calms and balances the nervous system, can relieve pain in the body, stabilize blood pressure, improve respiratory system, strengthen lymphatic system and boost energy.
On the mental and emotional level, CCB improves focus and creativity, enhances emotional wellbeing and leaves you feeling more connected to your true self. Participants frequently gain insight to current life challenges or have resolve around past events allowing for the growth needed in order for us to transform into who we are capable of becoming.
The class will be practiced lying down, relaxed, with your eyes closed. Blankets will be provided. Comfortable clothing without tight waistbands is recommended.
