Foundations of Arm Balances

Find your inner strength, tap into courage, and reconnect to a sense of childlike playfulness. Explore a variety of arm balances and gain techniques to approach them with greater confidence. Join Sean to learn tips and muscle activation techniques and explore the basic aspects of arm balancing.
You will dive deep into form, gaze and core strength in order to take flight. Hone in on building strength and maximizing technique in order to find greater confidence while on your hands. Receive detailed instruction, hands on assistance, and even use props to explore the arm balances themselves. No experience is necessary - just come with a playful attitude!

Come experience a state of deep relaxation and peace as Jenn Usherr offers an amazing sound journey, guided by the sacred sounds of crystal bowls and gongs.
Sound healing is based on the principle that vibrations change consciousness. The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages, helping you center and connect with the divine within. Using sound as a meditation helps eliminate the chatter of the thinking mind, allowing for a deep connection to self. It is within this connection that everything slips away, and we come into a state of deep peace.
Bring your yoga mat and feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, cushions, or eye covering for added comfort.

Yoga Inversions: Foundations of Going Upside Down

invert (go upside down into yoga poses) safely and steadily. Get a step by step
approach, learn alternatives, variations, and the reasons why being upside down can
be good for your body and mind.
Gain confidence in the foundations of Headstand so that you feel empowered to plug
into this dynamic, yet calming posture, then explore the similarities to Forearm Balance
and Handstand.
Dedicated instruction, techniques and helpful tips go a long way in gaining the
strength and confidence to get your toes off the ground. We will warm up key muscle
groups and use the wall while learning the foundations to put our feet up in the sky.
