Stella Shih

I started practicing yoga back in 2015 as a way to change up my daily routine. I was unhappy with where I was at physically, mentally and emotionally so I knew something needed to change. While difficult at first to make it onto my mat, soon it became my most important priority to my day and eventually I decided to start Yoga Teacher Training. I did my training at Uptown Yoga back in 2017 and I have been teaching ever since. In my classes I strive to guide students into feeling strong both mentally and physically and to be open to all the other benefits that yoga can provide. In addition to teaching, I have a corporate day job in finance software. A lot of the rest of my time is spent riding my horse Charm and competing in Eventing.
