My yoga journey began as a young girl practicing alongside my mom, but it wasn’t until college that I developed a deeper connection to the practice. During a stressful and demanding college experience, yoga became a source of both physical movement and mental clarity, helping me find moments of quiet and stability.
Inspired to share that experience with others, I began teaching after completing a Yoga Foundations workshop through my university. I later moved to Chicago, where I completed my 200-hour training at an Iyengar-based studio and my 300-hour training through CorePower Yoga.
My classes blend alignment, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation with creative sequencing and playful postures, including inversions. I believe yoga is truly for everyone and that there is always a way to make the practice accessible, meaningful, and personal.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy long walks, traveling, working out, and spending time with my nieces and nephews.
