Jennifer Jenkins

I started practicing yoga during the summer of 2013, fresh out of undergrad. I desperately needed a break from the hustle and stress of job interviews and a change of pace from my regular workout routine and instantly fell in love with not only the physical but the mental and spiritual elements that yoga provides. Within a few months, I signed up for my 200 hour training in 2015, later followed by a 300 hour training in 2021. These experiences taught me not only how to teach, but allowed me to further immerse myself in the practice and learn more about myself as a person.
Yoga has allowed me to show up more authentically and unapologetically in the world, and I love being able to bring that to my students in each of my classes.
Outside of the studio, you can find me running or training, reading countless books, watching sports, spending time with family/friends, or dedicating time to my PhD studies.
