I found yoga after a lifetime of relying on the Western world to help my with autoimmune diseases and chronic physical and mental pain.  At one point my pain doctor said if what he was providing wasn’t enough with medication, try yoga and meditation. The next day I joined a yoga studio, and the rest was history.


My stagnant physical body needed healthy motions to strengthen and release, while my mind focused on creating peace in constructive stillness. It was the first activity that was both physical, mental and spiritual- a life changing trifecta that reintroduced me to myself.


With no intention to teach, in 2016 I took 200hr to help my personal understanding of the poses. Hooked on this wisdom, I immediately completed 300hr wanting to share with others. Loving how yoga is made for the individual, I also got training in styles like Ashtanga, yin, restorative, chair, pre/post natal, for arthritis, and more. I am now an ERYT200 RYT500 focusing all styles on healing, empowerment, and self respect.
