Debbie's
Yoga practice began in 1998. At the time she had been teaching Group Fitness and Spinning. Yoga was a path for Debbie to follow in an attempt to find a stronger sense of inner peace and a bit more time to BREATHE. It was a successful journey and was enjoyed so much she started teaching Yoga in 2000. Debbie teaches a powerful, dynamic and energizing Vinyasa Power Flow, but continues to study various styles with instructors such as Rodney Yee, Seane Corn, Baron Bapiste, Rod Stryker, and Brian Kest. Her goal is for everyone to feel accomplished, successful, but challenged in every practice keeping in mind that “the pose in between the pose is still a pose”...
