Cassandra deLarios      Cassandra has been a resident of Dallas for 16 years and received her yoga training from Iyengar teachers in the city. She feels teaching to be a natural progression of a ten year career in bodywork and her goal of helping others to find inner peace. In her classes Cassandra likes to blend an educated approach to asana with philosophy to facilitate a deeper experience of yoga.
