Uptown Yoga Lakewood is located in the Lakewood Shopping Village, at the corner of Gaston Ave. and Abrams Pkwy. Nestled in the heart of the Lakewood community, diagonally across from Whole Foods Market, and only minutes from downtown Dallas.

The Lakewood studio has a rich history of yoga footprints in Dallas and offers a serene and inspiring place to begin a new practice or extend and deeply explore an existing one. Parking and the entrance are located on the Abrams side of the shopping center, near Ali Baba.

Uptown Yoga is located in the State Thomas Historic District, a neighborhood containing the most intact collections of late 1880′s Victorian residential structures in Dallas. The exposed brick walls, wood flooring, and warm natural
light cultivate groundedness.

The studio is easily accessible from Central Expressway, North Dallas Tollway, I-35, I-45, and downtown Dallas. Ample parking is available and free, either in our lot behind the studio (on Boll St.) or along the street.
